Refund policy
Return/Replacement & Refund Policy – S L Tarwatkar
Here is our Return/Replacement Policy, in the rare case that you are not satisfied with S L Tarwatkar’s Ayurvedic products:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be returned in its original packaging.

If you are claiming a replacement due to damage in transit, it must be supported with an unboxing video (within a few seconds of opening) clearly showing that the product was opened for the first time. This video must be shared within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and product safety reasons.

Please note that not all products are eligible for returns, especially in categories like Ayurvedic oils and consumables. Replacements are only provided in cases of transit damage supported with proof (unboxing video). Many items are marked as “Final Sale,” in fairness to our traditional practices and pricing structure.

To process any return or replacement, we require proof of purchase, your full name, and order number, which must be communicated to us via email or our social media channels.

Partial refunds may apply only if the item is damaged, missing parts not due to our error, or returned beyond acceptable condition.

No returns will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Missing Order
If you notice any missing item(s) from your order, you must contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery. We won’t be able to process any replacements or refunds after this period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
